Remaining teams: Bella and Douglas (Chicago Cats), Climber and Pinta (Brown County Cats), Ernie and Socks (Rejected Presidential Cats), the Friskies Fancy Feast and Chef's Blend spokescats, Hedley and McClurg (Skunks), Koko and Smoky (Talking Gorilla and Manx cat), Mei Xiang and Tian Tian (Panda Bears), and Spotty and Barney (White House Dogs) Mulling it over The pipes are calling For this leg of the race, each team will travel in a Land Rover driven by a local resident. Their instructions: Go to Stirling to the William Wallace Memorial.
Uh oh, there are some problems with Koko. She keeps signing "lady" to her chosen driver. Angus Buchanan is insulted and walks away. Well, what does he expect, wearing that kilt? Barney is also having trouble; everyone wants to get a picture with a famous American Scottish Terrier. While Koko is trying to find another driver, and Barney poses for three more photos, the second boat arrives. The pandas and Climber and Pinta immediately set off, but there's more trouble for F.F. and C.B. The Gruesome Twosome have been hissing all the way since F.F. accused C.B. of making her sit by the railing on the boat and getting her fur wet. "Ah doont fancy that Fancy Feast cat," said their driver, Geordie McCrae. Thanks to Fergus, Bella and Douglas arrive first at the Wallace Memorial. They find the route marker flag, and claw open their envelope. It is a Road Block.
The Road Block calls for one member of the team to climb to the top of the memorial, get blue paint on their face, and yell. Douglas chooses to climb, not realizing he'll have to make noise. Spotty and Barney have finally made it out of Campbeltown, but Koko and Smoky are far behind them. F.F. and C.B. are ahead of License to kilt "Welcome to Scotland!" barks Sean Connery.

too much cranberry sauce at Strawberry Fields, but Team Chicago is well on the way. Their instructions: go back to the Liverpool Docks and catch one of two charter ferries to Campbeltown, Mull of Kintyre, Scotland. The other teams set out: Koko and Smoky, Hedley and McClurg, Spotty and Barney, but where are Climber and Pinta? Look, up there, Climber has climbed a tree on the Strawberry Fields grounds. No one, I think, is in her tree. 
They'll get there before ye
A ROAD BLOCK is a task in which only one member of the two-critter Team may participate; in most cases, the other member must wait for the partner to accomplish the goal. 
Bella falls asleep. Douglas climbs up, gets the paint, manages a very small meow, and runs down with their next instruction: go to Edinburgh Castle, the night's Pet Stop. As they leave, Hedley and McClurg arrive, and they pass Climber and Pinta on the road. Guess who out of that team did the Road Block? 
Koko and Smoky, but they're still arguing and spitting. "Hoot mon, if ye canna play nice, I'll throow the both of ye in Loch Ness. Tha's a Fancy Feast fer Nessie," says Geordie. They shut up. 
Hedley and McClurg are next, followed by Climber and Pinta. Climber is getting a lot of climbing done today. Bella digs into a plate of haggis, which tastes surprisingly like Fancy Feast Chopped Grill, and then falls asleep. Climber eats some salmon, which he shares with C.B. and Pinta and Ernie and Socks. Sean throws a ball for Barney to catch and feeds Douglas some shortbread. 
greets them with the bad news. "Smoky... Koko... I'm sorry, you've been eliminated from the race." Koko says, "Look, sad sad Koko. Koko love race. Koko love All Ball cat. Koko love stink black white. Koko not love bad white cat. Eat now. Goodbye Koko."
