Louis (Dot's dad)
Dot's dad for many years drove a bus, as a chauffeur for the “Transfer Co.”, Parmalee Transportation Co., the CTA, and for Keeshin Lines. Louis was a very generous, very good-natured person, a sharp pinochle player and a lover of La Palina cigars. He also loved his family, and made a point of presenting us grandkids with half-dollars whenever he saw us. Louis died in 1971.
